® & HONDA® CERTIFIED, CHRIS KNOWS HOW TO DIAGNOSE THE TOUGH STUFF.  A LETTER OF COMMENDATION FROM HARLEY-DAVIDSON®, THANKING & RECOGNIZING CHRIS FOR DIAGNOSING ISSUES THAT EVEN THE HARLEY-FACTORY TECHS COULDN'T FIGURE OUT, HANGS ON A WALL IN OUR SHOP.

CHRIS BEGAN RIDING AS A KID WHEN HIS DAD GOT HIM A BIKE & TOLD HIM IF HE WANTED TO RIDE IT, HE HAD TO LEARN HOW TO "MAKE IT GO."  CHRIS HAS BEEN MAKING THEM GO EVER SINCE.  MAKING THEM GO FAST BECAME THE GOAL WHEN CHRIS GOT INTO THE SPORT OF MOTOCROSS, WHERE HE SPENT 12 YEARS RACING & EVENTUALLY WRENCHING & COACHING FOR A NATIONAL-CHAMPION-TITLED MOTOCROSS RACER.

AFTER LEAVING THE FAST TRACKS, CHRIS WORKED AS SERVICE MANAGER FOR HARLEY
®, HONDA, YAMAHA, & SUZUKI DEALERSHIPS WHERE HE BUILT A LOYAL BAND OF CUSTOMERS WHO FOLLOWED HIM FROM ONE DEALERSHIP TO ANOTHER BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T TRUST ANYBODY ELSE TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR BIKES AND GET IT RIGHT. 

THOSE CUSTOMERS ENCOURAGED CHRIS TO START HIS OWN SHOP BECAUSE THEY KNOW CHRIS "GETS IT."  HE KNOWS WHAT CUSTOMERS WANT FOR THEIR BIKES, & HE UNDERSTANDS HOW THEY FEEL WHEN THEIR BIKES WON'T RUN RIGHT, OR MAKE WEIRD NOISES, OR LEAVE SUSPICIOUS PUDDLES—OR JUST NEED TO GO FASTER, STRONGER, BETTER.  MOST IMPORTANTLY, CHRIS KNOWS HOW TO LISTEN TO WHAT HIS CUSTOMERS NEED AND WANT.  HE DOESN'T TELL THEM WHAT THEY CAN'T DO; HE TELLS HIS CUSTOMERS WHAT HE CAN DO TO GET THEIR BIKES TO BE EVERYTHING THEY WANT THEM TO BE.
